Payment rules
• The first installment (60%) must be paid before the first class.
• For a 10-class course, the second installment (40%) must be paid before class 6.
• For other course lengths, the second-installment deadline must be agreed and specified before enrollment.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment verification and confirmation from CRACK PTE.

4. Terms & Conditions

All course fees paid are non-refundable if a student voluntarily withdraws, changes their mind, or discontinues the course, subject to applicable law.
Students must join within 15 minutes of the scheduled class start time. Otherwise, the class will be counted as utilized.
If a student misses two consecutive classes, both classes will be counted as utilized.
Each student may request to reschedule a maximum of one class during the entire course, subject to prior notice and agreement on an alternative schedule.
The instructor may also reschedule one class during the course under the standard scheduling arrangement. Exceptional circumstances should be handled through an appropriate alternative arrangement.
If a student discontinues the course, no refund will be provided for fees paid, subject to applicable law.
Students must provide accurate contact information, follow the agreed payment schedule, and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.
CRACK PTE does not guarantee a particular PTE score, admission, visa, employment, or migration outcome.
